Recently prepared for painting #4 - Arachnarok Spider

Another, one of the largest miniatures, which were produced by the Games Workshop company. This is a very nice model made with great attention to detail. I'm big fan of Orcs & Goblins and owner of a fairly large army of greenskins, so assembling this model gave me a lot of joy. Of course, as is the case for models of this size I have to devoted some time to properly assembled and smoothed the joints of individual elements.

Below, a few shots of this miniature. Some elements not yet been installed because of the convenience of future painting work.

Orcs & Goblins Battle Standard Bearer (conversion)

Here is an example of one of my conversion, this bsb guy is an example of one of my better work.

Savage Orc

This Savage Ork was painted a few years ago in a fit of desire to paint my own figures, on which usually I don't have time. This model represents my first attempts at professional shading techniques. And I must say that I'm still really proud of him.

Another examples of small scenes

These two little situational scenes below also done some time ago. To tell the truth, I'm not so proud of them, as the scene of a goblin sitting on a barrel, but I think it also is a successful work.

The Field of Glory - small scenery

This is one of my first small scenery made with old bits found in a box.

Another example of one of my first, low-level work

And the next example of my early work, bigger, stronger and more green. In this model, I also applied only basic colors, then covering the entire figure with black wash. All in all, this is not to brag about. However, like any painter, I have a soft spot for my first works. I still remember how proud I was to paint the red scars on his face.

My first painting work

So, I'll start without unnecessary introductions and presentations. This little green guys are my first ever painting work (painted a few years ago). Here I used the simplest methods of painting, first by applying basic color into individual elements, then using washes.
